This is getting ridiculous...look what I found in my pond!!!!!
It's the same here....soooo depressing. But I have absolutely piles and piles to do indoors, not least catching up withh all the blogs I read, so I'm also a bit relieved that I can't go to the plot!
ReplyDeleteHi Ruth, thanks for visiting my blog :-) I had to smile at your hippo, our pond is overflowing but no giants found in it yet! I had to get out even in the rain, back in the office tomorrow :-(
ReplyDeleteIt must be so frustrating not being able to get out into that wonderful garden of yours :o( Here's hoping the weather forecast is wrong!

OMG No! I'd heard a rumour that this was gonna be one of the hottest summers on record. So when is it gonna start?

PS: when I was living in Taunton they used to say rain was good for the complexion!!!
Thanks all for donning your souwesters and dropping by. I feel so sorry for all my blog friends who are under watering restrictions and praying for rain! No doubt if a hot Summer does arrive we will be in the same situation.
ReplyDeleteIf (be the operative word) we ever get three days continuous sun you can guarantee there'll be a hosepipe ban!!
ReplyDeleteLove the Hippo. :)
Isn't this weather loathesome? i managed a couple of brief forays into the garden yesterday but that was all!
