After reporting the problem to the Blogger help group I can now not view any of my blogs except There are a Million Stories (and that has no navigation bar). I am able to write this post via dashboard but as I can't view my blog haven't a clue if this is actually publishing.
UPDATE via dashboard...can't get into anyone elses either. Think it's a blogger problem as in the help group others are having the same problem.

Looks good to me too. I did have a problem getting into my own blog yesterday. Maybe they were working on things.
