ARACHNOPHOBICS BEWARE!

While Talj was visiting she took lots of fabulous photos of some of our flowers (there's an album of them in the sidebar if you'd like to see them). The camera she uses is enormous compared to mine and is VERY expensive. Iwas too nevous to try and use it myself but did enjoy looking through the lens and seeing the flowers really close up. While I was looking at the baby spiders I accidentally (hee hee) took a photo.......haven't they got the most incredible markings when you see them up close and personal.
In the subject of "babies" I've just been on to the Greenfingered Photographers Blog....he has some wonderful photos of Goldfinch chicks on it.

Aren't the markings on them gorgeous. I love spiders much to my hubby's disgust as he's terrified of them

Er...lovely. Do they grow up to be the big stripey spiders you see in late summer? I actually quite like those. It's the big house spiders that terrify me...

I always spare spiders - I've heard it's bad luck to kill them. We have a lovely big fellow who builds a web every summer day on our porch.

Thanks for the link to the Greenfingered Photographers Blog. I forwarded the link to my mother so we can add it to her blog. She's very into nature and gardening.
