ABC WEDNESDAY - M
I was absolutely shattered and drenched to the bone when I got home from the school trip yesterday; a hot bath, hot meal, rested my eyes for (supposedly) 5 minutes and fell fast asleep so it wasn't until this morning I realised I hadn't written an ABC post ...oops......(or visited the 160 posts that I've still not read that you've all written)...oops oops and more oops!........ so a few photos from yesterday's trip to Sutton Hoo is the best I can do...wish I could have done a Montage instead of a collage
M IS FOR MURKY WEATHER, MASKS, MOUNDS, MUSHROOMS AND *MRS.PRETTY'S HOUSE
*Mrs Pretty was the lady who arranged for the excavation work to be done. I will try and do a more detailed post at a later date...maybe for the letter S for Sutton Hoo!
abc wednesday
If any fellow ABCers are not on my blogroll please let me know in my comment box.

good save Ruth, the M post is interesting! Enjoy the studies!
Ruth, thanks for visiting my blog's ABC Wednesday M post. I wanted to return the favor, but I cannot see any of your text, just a white background. Other days on your blog, I can see your lovely photos but no text. I have no idea what's causing this, do you?
Murky weather up here too!
such a lot of M's, surely u must have taken some time with it despite having 'no time'. I'm on ABC Wed too, pls add me to your blogroll. >)
LOL at the comment re Miss. I am just getting ready to go and teach this afternoon!
We need some of your rain and murky weather!
You always manage to come through with an extra special post!
Very interesting M post; bet you are looking forward to half-term!!
I'm so glad you are enjoying your new studies, dear Ruth. you deserve this special time.
Love all the photos. I'm learning so much as I've not visited this area.
Glad you recovered from your Murky Weather day!
Thanks all for dropping by.....does anyone else have Lynette's problem or any advice as how to solve it. Thanks

Love the Masks. I have a balinese mask in my bedroom and it never even occurred to me that it was an M. Sometimes you don't se whats right in front of you.
Ruth,
I'm glad you were able to get some much needed rest. Great post, as always.
Have a Wonderful Wednesday.
Mary
What "works" are you doing for literature? Do you get to do foreign shite like Dostoyevski and Gogol. Dead Souls is very entertaining. Michael Palin did it on Radio 4. I am attempting to learn Japanese (for the 326th time)...
It wouldn't be a school trip if it didn't rain at least a little bit..!
Sutton Hoo always sounded interesting but I never got to go there. I will look for your "S" post..!
hugs
xx
Good one Ruth. I like your montage.
What a captivating study of 'M'. :)
I love masks, mounds and mushrooms but not too keen on the murky weather!
You must have felt as if I was ignoring you Ruth so I'm so glad I finally found your blog - I kept reading B for Beach combing on a regular basis! :)
You outdid yourself with all those M's, Ruth.
We had misty, moisty weather here today and I thought about adding that to my mushroom post. Our posts would have been even more similar if I had done it.
How clever of you to take a little nap before worrying over the posting!
Nice collage of photographs, same about the weather and by the way I am not on your blogroll
Good luck with your studies. Glad you got some rest.
I've been meaning to take a ride on my bike to Sutton Hoo all year but haven't managed to get round to it. Something to look forward to next year.
You have a great mosaic of M. Thanks for your visit. Hope better weather in weekend, you have a great one.
Your M post is good.....sorry I am late getting here! Better late than never.
