You will be fast asleep now, but I wanted to post this to say that I am thinking of you on Friday, and hoping that the butterflies are settling down a bit.
I have a funny story about my butterflies in Bordeaux - and I ended up having a few weekends all of a flutter!

looking at those flies' eyes reminds me of one that sat on my knee the other day it was the most beautiful greenbottle fly.
his head was on a swivel and he kept washing his eyes with his arms as his head swivelled... quite extraordinary... made me think of you and wish i had a good camera with "macro"
